Heather Leu started started her career in the log home industry in 2000 as an assistant sales manager. By August of 2001 she was regional retail sales manager of the Washington, Virginia office for the company handling retail sales in the Southeast and independent sales representative recruiting for the Southeast. Today she works at the corporate headquarters in Plymouth, Wisconsin as a retail sales manager for Wilderness Log and Timber Company. She handles nationwide retail sales as well as nationwide independent sales representative recruiting. She graduated from Lakeland College with a major in marketing and minor in computer science. She also has had training in AutoCad and Softplan.

Randy Berres has been helping homeowners realize their dreams for over 25 years. Currently a retail sales manager with Wilderness Log and Timber Company, he began his career at his hometown lumber yard after earning a degree in Building Construction and Wood Science Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. In 1985 Randy joined a leading log home manufacturer where he coordinated a wide range of operations including estimating, purchasing, customer service and technical assistance. He has attended a number of industry workshops and conferences with recent emphasis on green building technology.
